Purpose and Mission Statement   The purpose of this Chapter is to gather local metal clay artists and artisans of all skill levels and interests into a creative atmosphere to network and share knowledge, provide education and promote the art of metal clay. During monthly Chapter meetings, members share information, participate in show-and-tell of current projects, observe demonstrations of new techniques and participate in open discussion in a supportive, respectful and fun filled atmosphere.  Founded January 24, 2009

WSMCA is the official Grand Junction, CO chapter of both the PMC Guild and the Art Clay Society.  Members must be dues-paying members of both organizations.  There are no local membership dues at this time.
Guests may attend one meeting before being expected to join the National chapter.
This Local Chapter serves the bi-state area of western Colorado and eastern Utah.  Meetings are held the third Saturday of every month 10:00 am to 2 pm in Grand Junction, CO.
